Ich mag diese Pfannen.
The Blackbeard is a really innovative pan. My initial expression after using the pans for around 10 times each is very positive. The surface is quite different from other coated pans. The hexagonal structure has a purpose and is not just a design element. The pan needs a bit more oil then other nonstick pans, but on the other hand, I was able to get a much better sear, almost on par with stainless steel. Plus, it's great to use in the oven.
The pans are relatively light, making them easy to handle. I also like the shape, they have a relatively large cooking surface and steep sides, so they can hold more volume than you might think. This makes them great for braises, curries and other dishes that need more liquid.
Overall, the Blackbeard is a very versatile pan that's great for everyday use. I might actually need my stainless steel pan and deep pan less, as I can see myself making the dishes I use them for in the Blackbeard going forward. The only downside really is the handle, it's way too thin to grip comfortably if you have bigger hands, especially with a full pan.
At this time, I can't say much about the longevity of the pan. I've owned lots of nonstick pans over the years, including some from expensive / premium brands. Despite good care, most developed issues after about a year or so of regular use - the coating would eventually start sticking like hell or in some cases even flaking off. This is not just a cost issue, but also not great for the environment. I really…
It is a good product, i'm very happy and tanks Eveline Wu

What temperatures can the pans withstand?
The Blackbeard can withstand temperatures of up to 250 degrees Celsius.
Is the Blackbeard diswasher safe?
The Blackbeard is indeed dishwasher proof, but we recommend hand-cleaning the pan. Why is that you may wonder? In some regions water contains a lot of minerals of limestone, chalk and gypsum. When a product is cleaned for a long-time (fe. hours in the dishwasher) it can start damaging the surface. To give you an example take a look at washing your new glasses in the dishwasher often leading to chalk stains or marks. Therefore we recommend hand cleaning. The contact with water will be shorter than your dishwasher cycle.
Is it true that your handle stays cool?
Thanks to the well-thought-out thin attachment to the pan, burned hands or tinkering with potholders is history! This enables cool handling of the pan, besides in the oven or barbeque of course ;)
What are the pans made of?
